Our processes are different for every service we offer, but to give you an idea, we want to walk you through our process for a typical project.
We ask you a few questions to figure out who you are and what you need.
We create a Google Doc for you with the plan of action we'll be working with.
After you provide the details, we get to work and get back to you within 10 days.
We meet with your via zoom or create a custom video explaining what we did.
We go through and apply any changes you might have had.
We meet to make sure everything is perfect and answer any remaining questions.
We start out with some initial emails or meetings so we can get to know you and see what you need. Once we’re on the same page, we send you your plan of action, which we work on together until everything is filled in. Once that’s complete, we finish our first round of work based on the plan of action. If something needs explaining, we schedule a meeting via Zoom or record a video for you. Throughout the process, we'll update you regularly via email, so you always know what's going on.
Well, it's hard to say, as we don't know the scope of your project yet but send us an email with your needs and we'll let you know how long we think it will take.
We try to keep everything as hands-off for you as possible, but in order to make sure everything is the way you'd like it, we’ll need your input at various stages to make sure everything is the way you want it. You’re essentially telling us what needs to be done, and apart from verifying that everything is correct, we’ll do the rest. Most of your work will come in the beginning stages, when you fill out the plan of actions and provide us with everything we need to get the job done.
For anything written, adding to the appropriate category in the plan of action is the best way to leave us notes or other important material. If you have any attachments or files, using Google Drive is best. Just create a folder for our work together (or each project we work on) and share it with us. Emailing is also an option, but if they’re spread out over multiple emails, they get increasingly difficult to keep track of.
The plan of action is a document we work on together, and it’s essentially where you give us your most important information and directions. It's also where we'll communicate what we did and what we need. While we'll be exchanging emails with status updates, all the important information will be in your plan of action. The goal is to get this document emptied out. Not as satisfying as checking off a todo list, but it's still very nice to see it happen.
If you aren’t happy with anything during any part of the process, we encourage you to let us know as soon as you can. We’ll happily fix anything at any point in the process. All complaints have to be emailed within one week from when the work was done. The sooner we know a problem exists, the sooner we can work on tackling it.
