From personalized tutorial videos to on-site training and video meetings, we’ll make sure you’ve got everything you need.
Our processes are different for every service we offer, but to give you an idea, we want to walk you through our process for our most popular service: setting up Táve client management software for our valuable clients.
We ask you a few questions to figure out who you are and what you need.
We create a Google Doc for you with the plan of action we'll be working with.
After you provide the details, we get to work and get back to you within 10 days.
We create a custom video explaining what we did and how everything works.
We go through the advanced stages of the setup and perfect the details.
We meet to make sure everything is perfect and answer any remaining questions.
We start out with some initial emails or meetings so we can get to know you and see what you need. Once we’re on the same page, we send you your plan of action, which we work on together until everything is filled out. Once that’s complete, we finish our first round of work based on the plan of action. After that, you’ll get a video tutorial that explains how your entire system works, and which mentions everything that was added or changed. Finally, we go through the advanced stages of your set up and make sure everything is perfect, and then have one last meeting to wrap things up and make sure everything looks good and that you are satisfied.
You have as much time as you need to finish your plan of action. Once that’s complete, the first round of setup usually takes a week, and we can get the video that explains everything to you within 10 days. Every subsequent round of work also takes about a week, but this can vary; it helps if you can give us constant feedback and keep in touch regularly, which cuts down on that time. We’ve had people who have been with us for over year, but we’ve also finished some setups in less than two weeks. The important thing to note here is that any hours you’ve purchased from us expire after six months.
We try to keep this process as hands-off for you as possible, but in order to make sure your system is working for you, we’ll need your input at various stages to make sure everything is the way you want it. You’re essentially telling us what needs to be done, and apart from verifying that everything is correct, we’ll do the rest. You’ll do even less work if you ask us to write your email templates for you. Most of your work will come in the beginning stages, when you fill out the plan of actions and provide us with material like products, price lists, etc.
For anything written, adding to the appropriate category in the plan of action is the best way to leave us notes or other important material. If you have any attachments or files, using Google Drive or single Dropbox folder is best. Emailing is also an option, but if they’re spread out over multiple emails, they get increasingly difficult to keep track of.
The plan of action is a document we work on together, based on a template we’ve created that works best with Tave, and it’s essentially where you give us your most important information and directions. It will ask questions about what functionality you need in different categories, and ask questions about bookkeeping, price lists, contracts and questionnaires, and more. We’ll go through this together to finalize what you need, and then we’ll do our part by adding this information into Tave. When this is finished and we create your tutorial video for you, you’ll be able to see how everything you gave us was added, where we put it, and how you can modify it yourself if you ever need to.
If you aren’t happy with anything during any part of the process, we encourage you to let us know as soon as you can. We’ll happily fix anything during any point in the process. One of the reasons we give you a tutorial video and have a final meeting is to make certain that you have everything you need and have covered all your questions. The sooner we know a problem exists, the sooner we can work on tackling it.
