Office Hours

Monday-Thursday: 9 am to 5 pm New Zealand time.
Friday: 9 am to 1 pm New Zealand time.
Weekends: closed

If you need help outside of office hours or our typical turnaround, you can purchase rush setup or pay an emergency hourly fee.

Out of Office

There are no current out-of-office times planned but when our container arrives, we’ll need a few days to unpack. We have no idea when this will be the case as it depends on customs and biosecurity inspections. The ship arrived in port on 15 August and they estimates we’ll get it between 3 and 6 weeks from that time.
