Kate founded the company in Germany as soon as she was legally allowed to–at 18. At that point, she had no clue where any of this would lead. She didn’t know that she would come to the US on a business visa supported by her company or that she would hire two assistants while there. She didn’t know she would grow her business further after moving it to New Zealand from where she was flown to Melbourne, Australia, for workshops just three weeks after she landed. She didn’t know she’d find a partner in her goals in Mae or that Mae would join the company as a manager. We can’t wait to see where this journey leads.

Kate has lived on four continents over the past decade, first in Germany, then the US, then New Zealand, and now finally the Netherlands. She already knows it won’t be her last stop. Learning and organizing are her addictions and boredom her greatest foe. Her favorite things in the world are her family (yes, she counts a husband as a dog as a family), nature, and a good glass of whiskey.

Mae is a mom, a foodie, and a coffeeholic. She adores the location independent lifestyle–maybe because she comes from a family of musicians–and dreams of living in an RV with her husband and her two adorable boys. She has more than eight years of experience as a virtual assistant for businesses from various industries. Her specialties are executive support and e-commerce account management.
